Toromont Elects To Acquire Remaining Enerflex Units
Toromont Industries Ltd. and Enerflex Systems Income Fund report that Toromont has elected to acquire all of the remaining trust units of Enerflex on the same terms as the units acquired under Toromont's recently completed offer for Enerflex.
